يبدأ العمل بمراجعة الاستخدام المطلوب، الموقع، الأبعاد، المخططات المتاحة، نقاط الربط ومتطلبات التشغيل. بعد ذلك يتم تحديد النطاق الفني، المواد والمعدات، مسؤوليات الأعمال المدنية والكهربائية والميكانيكية، ثم خطة التنفيذ والاختبار والتسليم.
تُراجع نقاط الربط، المسارات، غرف المعدات، سهولة الوصول للصيانة، العزل والتشطيبات ذات العلاقة قبل التنفيذ قدر الإمكان. أثناء التنفيذ يتم توثيق الأعمال الحرجة، وفحص التركيبات قبل الإغلاق، وتجهيز خطة اختبار وتشغيل تتناسب مع النظام.
لا ينتهي المشروع عند التركيب. يتم تحديد تعليمات التشغيل، الفحص الدوري، التنظيف، مراقبة جودة المياه عند الحاجة، ومواعيد صيانة المعدات واستبدال القطع الاستهلاكية وفق نوع النظام وتعليمات المصنع.
للحصول على عرض أدق أرسل مدينة المشروع، نوع المشروع، المخططات أو الأبعاد المتاحة، صور الموقع إن وجدت، النطاق المطلوب، والموعد المستهدف. يمكن لـ AMUC تنسيق التنفيذ وتعبئة فرق متخصصة للمشاريع في المدن الرئيسية بالمملكة حسب حجم ونوع المشروع.
Work starts with the intended use, location, dimensions, available drawings, connection points and operating requirements. The technical scope is then defined together with materials and equipment, civil/electrical/mechanical responsibilities, execution sequence, testing and handover requirements.
Connection points, routing, plant-room access, serviceability, waterproofing and related finishes should be reviewed before execution where possible. Critical works are documented, concealed installations are checked before closure, and testing and commissioning are planned around the system being delivered.
Delivery does not stop at installation. Operating instructions, periodic inspection, cleaning, water-quality monitoring where applicable, equipment servicing and consumable replacement should be defined according to system type and manufacturer requirements.
